SoulCollage® is a deeply intuitive, creative process whereby one designs their personal deck of mini collage cards to be used for self inquiry, guidance and personal development. With humble materials such as magazines, calendars, personal photos, scissors and glue, deeply meaningful images emerge to surprise and inspire us to embody our highest self.

The process is enriched and enlivened when done in the safe container of a trusted group. Beth Leydon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in Internal Family Systems model of therapy and applies many principles of IFS in her SoulCollage® Facilitation.

Our SoulCollage® Salons will allow time for card making and readings with journal prompts and suggestions for home practice. No experience is necessary and all materials provided.

SoulCollage® Workshops and Card Making Salons at ASiF Art Center!

Beth Leydon is a talented fiber artist, bringing a lifetime of experience to her creative teachings. Beginning with a 30 year practice as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, followed by another decade of work as a Certified Professional Life Coach, combined with her Internal Family Systems work, Beth’s classes offer a rich experience for seekers of personal and creative growth.

Beth’s work in Internal Family Systems is particularly important for her as an instructor and guide. IFS is a powerful modality used for psychotherapy, coaching and self exploration. It explores all of the facets that make up our complex selves, and the ways in which we identify and work with sub-personalities, or "parts," of ourselves, while working toward a goal of improved self-understanding, emotional regulation, positive habit formation and calm clarity. Beth describes the importance of this work, saying, “In my entire career, I have never been as excited about an approach to personal development and healing as I am about IFS”.

Most recently, she became certified as a SoulCollage® Facilitator. This intuitive, creative process is often done in workshop and or group settings. Like IFS, it is a powerful tool for self exploration, dialoguing with our many parts as a method of tapping into our internal wisdom.
